Revana ("we," "us," "our") is a US-based revenue systems agency. We build acquisition systems for content creators and educators: funnels, CRM, SMS and email automation, and Instagram messaging automation operated through our Meta app, RevanaOS. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to revana.agency, the Revana OS client portal at app.revana.agency, RevanaOS, and the funnels and systems we operate on behalf of our clients.
We do not sell personal information.
RevanaOS accesses Facebook Page and Instagram account data only after the business that owns the account grants explicit authorization via Facebook Login. That data, including page content, messages, engagement metrics, and insights, is used solely to provide services to the authorizing business, such as managing conversations, routing leads, and reporting performance. It is never sold and never shared with third parties. Authorization can be revoked at any time from the account owner's Facebook or Instagram settings, and data can be deleted on request: see our data deletion instructions.
Phone numbers collected through our opt-in forms may receive automated text messages related to the request that was submitted (for example, booking reminders and follow-ups). By submitting your number on a form that discloses SMS contact, you consent to receive these messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Information is shared only with service providers that help us run our business, such as hosting and databases, payment processing (Stripe), CRM (Close), and messaging and automation infrastructure (for example, Zapier), each bound to use it only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell data.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.
You may request a copy of your personal data, or its deletion, at any time. This includes data received through Facebook, Instagram, or any other Meta platform. Email gavinvanjaarsveldt@icloud.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and the account, phone number, or email associated with your data. Requests are processed within 30 days and a confirmation is sent on completion. See /data-deletion for full instructions.
We use industry-standard measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, encrypted storage of credentials and sensitive fields, and access controls limiting data to those who need it.
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18.
We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision.
